There’s a problem that’s been around for a very long time that I feel we’re on the cusp of it coming to fruition. I’ve been involved, in one way or another, in various “privacy” oriented websites for going on two decades. I’ve been affiliated with individuals and organizations that have known for a very long time about the issues just being presented to the general population by wikileaks in regards to the CIA’s ability (along with the NSA) to listen in on just about anything they choose. No one really listened to us, not in vast numbers. Only those with the *feeling* that it could happen, those on the “fringe”. Now, it’s out and it’s making headlines (it was released by wikileaks today). Most all of this is old news to me and many of my friends. We’re not shocked, we’re not surprised. Yes, we could say “I TOLD YOU SO”, and we would be correct. For years, we’ve talked about the ignorant masses (no slight intended, look up the definition of “ignorant”) going about their daily lives without a care in the world when it came to stuff like this. We’ve provided alternative sources of communications to mask your identities in some shape or form (Tor and www.cotse.net), but not many people listened to us. Are you worried about the smart TVs listening in on your daily conversations? Do you care if your refrigerator (Internet of Things) spies on you? Of course not. You could give a shit less. And that, is by design. I am not going to go into it much further than that, but your sports television, your reality t.v. and your prime time dramas, coupled with piss poor public education have all led the masses to be dulled down to the point of being controlled by the powers-that-be, and that should hit you right in the face. What once was a conspiratorial theory on the fringe of society was just proven by wikileaks to be 100% true, if by way of circumstantial evidence.

The crux of the issue is, if all of this is going on around us, how are those among us that really give a shit, going to communicate in an open manner befitting those that are supposedly living in a *free* society where debate and anti-government discourse was supposedly great for society in general? (If you don’t believe me, read the papers of our founding fathers where the First Amendment came from and it’s intent).

You, the individual without a care in the world about such things, don’t really matter in the grand scheme. You are a pawn. Who matters are those of us that will make a difference, those that will fight for “freedom” (whatever the hell that really is) and liberty (non-existent idea these days).

The government controls you. You’ve become complacent. You like your luxuries. You want a warm bed, easy to obtain food, great entertainment spewing forth from the idiot box. You want to take your wife and kids out on a 7 day vacation where they can play in polluted waters, around radiation infused fish, while being further inundated with more mind control by fuzzy characters with big floppy feet, singing two syllable words to the marching beat of a socialist army of idiots. And you’re just fine with that. You don’t want to pay health care insurance premiums. You worked for 20 years and your company offered you a pension and free healthcare for life and there’s nothing wrong with that! If the company goes into bankruptcy, it’s the gummints problem! They should bail out your healthcare plan! You worked! You’re owed something!

You lazy bastards need to get off of your asses and take care of yourselves and you shoulda done it 20 or more years ago. But no, you were too ignorant to plan ahead.

Facebook is compromised. It is no longer a valid way of communicating. They’re censoring posts by way of labeling them “disputed”. “Disputed” doesn’t mean “fake”. It means that something is being considered as being untruthful, considered being the operative word. Who is doing the disputing? Considering the left leaning tendencies of Facebook proper, if something isn’t in their line of reasoning, it is disputed. Slanted. Tainted. For years, our information that we put out concerning the Three Letter Agencies was “disputed”. We were called kooks. Now that it’s been realized and released? Vindication. However, Facebook controls communications. True, there’s other avenues to communicate (which could also be censored), however, the ignorant masses, once again, have been controlled by the shiny object dangled before them by their masters. Stay on Facebook. That’s all you need.

Blogs were once a thing, there’s still a lot of them out there, but the growth has slowed. There are other avenues, but not nearly as wide spread as Facebook. And of course, Facebook and their government counterparts know this and they’re exploiting you, your data and advertisers because of it. And you’re letting it happen.

I am not. I am here, on my blog, explaining something, once again, that will come to light in another 15 or 20 years.

Section 1031 essentially repeals the Posse Comitatus Act of 1878 by authorizing the U.S. military to perform law enforcement functions on American soil.

Senate Bill 1867 is the precursor to a totalitarian state within America. A vote of “Yes” is a vote against law abiding citizens of West Virginia and the United States of America and their civil rights. One section of these provisions, section 1031, would be interpreted as allowing the military to capture and indefinitely detain American citizens on U.S. soil. Section 1031 essentially repeals the Posse Comitatus Act of 1878 by authorizing the U.S. military to perform law enforcement functions on American soil.

No matter what “good” can come out of this bill, allowing the military to provide police functions outside the scope of the Posse Comitatus Act of 1978, is by and large, setting the stage to allow our government to run “free will” and without due process toward the people that elect you to office.

If you support this bill, you are supporting a virtual perpetual motion machine to be established in Washington. An unstoppable force to trample on the rights of the people of the United States. The military must not be allowed to be used as a police force within the United States. It was never their intended goal. If this is allowed, at some point in the future, those in office can easily abuse this power and do away with even more rights of the people.

This isn’t coming from some conspiratorial nut job. This is coming from someone with strong ties to the community, a volunteer with the Lions Club, an IOOF brother and a lifelong volunteer fire fighter. I am well educated and have always been able to find a job, no matter what the job market was like. I served in the military. I am part of the strong stitching that makes up the fabric of America and I am shocked, appalled and extremely irritated that this could even be a consideration by our government.

Contrary to what some posters are implying, the bill DOES NOT exclude U.S. citizens:

Senate Bill 1867, Section 1032(b):

(b) Applicability to United States Citizens and Lawful Resident Aliens-

• (1) UNITED STATES CITIZENS- The requirement to detain a person in military custody under this section does not extend to citizens of the United States.

• (2) LAWFUL RESIDENT ALIENS- The requirement to detain a person in military custody under this section does not extend to a lawful resident alien of the United States on the basis of conduct taking place within the United States, except to the extent permitted by the Constitution of the United States.

Notice is says “Requirement”. That in itself DOES NOT EXCLUDE U.S. Citizens. That only means they’re not REQUIRED to detain U.S. citizens, however, it’s doesn’t say they cannot detain.

The deniers are trying heavily to stem the flow of information about this bill.

Under normal circumstances, this bill would fly by without a word being said. But due to the current climate within America, this bill is under scrutiny. Some have already said “This is the same as the reauthorization bill for the military that we see year after year.” And perhaps it is, however this time, the right people were reading the bill(s) and found out that the government is trying to hoo-doo the people.

Write to your Congressmen and let them know we’re against this!

As I’ve said since the beginning of this “occupy” movement in major cities, this is all a big sham backed by the likes of George Soros and other major socialist/liberal elite players. This isn’t a “grass roots” effort, such as the Tea Party is/was.

Contrary to what people may believe, the Tea Party isn’t a Republican thing. It’s not racist, it’s not something started by the 1% such as the Koch brothers. The modern Tea Party movement has it’s roots in American History, all the way back to the original Tea Party. An uprising of Colonists against taxation without representation. The modern Tea Party member also believes in the American Constitution, something that completely insults the socialists of today.

About a week ago, ACORN was unmasked (aka NYCC) as spear heading the “occupy” movement. The NYCC, which is a direct descendent of ACORN, was recently tied to financially backing the “occupy” movement on Wall Street. Reporters were made aware of several key NYCC players being involved in offering payment to individuals willing to participate in OW. Also of interest, various fund raisers were noted to be using false information to obtain money from New Yorkers while going door-to-door, misrepresenting themselves as other entities seeking funding. This money was then used to support protestors, volunteers and homeless people recruited to work the OW scene.

Now, it looks as though ACORN/NYCC have been caught up in even more corruption.

Officials with the revamped ACORN office in New York — operating as New York Communities for Change — have fired staff, shredded reams of documents and told workers to blame disgruntled ex-employees for leaking information in an effort to explain away a FoxNews.com report last week on the group’s involvement in Occupy Wall Street protests, according to sources.NYCC also is installing surveillance cameras and recording devices at its Brooklyn offices, removing or packing away supplies bearing the name ACORN and handing out photos of Fox News staff with a stern warning not to talk to the media, the sources said.

The science is now all-but-settled on global warming, convincing new evidence demonstrates, but Al Gore, the IPCC and other global warming doomsayers won’t be celebrating. The new findings point to cosmic rays and the sun — not human activities — as the dominant controller of climate on Earth.

The research, published with little fanfare this week in the prestigious journal Nature, comes from über-prestigious CERN, the European Organization for Nuclear Research, one of the world’s largest centres for scientific research involving 60 countries and 8,000 scientists at more than 600 universities and national laboratories. CERN is the organization that invented the World Wide Web, that built the multi-billion dollar Large Hadron Collider, and that has now built a pristinely clean stainless steel chamber that precisely recreated the Earth’s atmosphere.

In this chamber, 63 CERN scientists from 17 European and American institutes have done what global warming doomsayers said could never be done — demonstrate that cosmic rays promote the formation of molecules that in Earth’s atmosphere can grow and seed clouds, the cloudier and thus cooler it will be. Because the sun’s magnetic field controls how many cosmic rays reach Earth’s atmosphere (the stronger the sun’s magnetic field, the more it shields Earth from incoming cosmic rays from space), the sun determines the temperature on Earth.

Best known for its studies of the fundamental constituents of matter, the CERN particle-physics laboratory in Geneva is now also being used to study the climate. Researchers in the CLOUD collaboration have released the first results from their experiment designed to mimic conditions in the Earth’s atmosphere. By firing beams of particles from the lab’s Proton Synchrotron accelerator into a gas-filled chamber, they have discovered that cosmic rays could have a role to play in climate by enhancing the production of potentially cloud-seeding aerosols. –Physics World, 24 August 2011

Climate Change Scientists are doing everything in their power to hold on to grants/funding they’ve obtained over the years that support their academic lifestyle. In this latest effort to validate/justify their existence, they’ve come up with yet another theory on Climate Change:

(Reuters) – Smoke belching from Asia’s rapidly growing economies is largely responsible for a halt in global warming in the decade after 1998 because of sulphur’s cooling effect, even though greenhouse gas emissions soared, a U.S. study said on Monday.

The paper raised the prospect of more rapid, pent-up climate change when emerging economies eventually crack down on pollution.

World temperatures did not rise from 1998 to 2008, while manmade emissions of carbon dioxide from burning fossil fuel grew by nearly a third, various data show.

The researchers from Boston and Harvard Universities and Finland’s University of Turku said pollution, and specifically sulphur emissions, from coal-fueled growth in Asia was responsible for the cooling effect.

Sulphur allows water drops or aerosols to form, creating hazy clouds which reflect sunlight back into space.

“Anthropogenic activities that warm and cool the planet largely cancel after 1998, which allows natural variables to play a more significant role,” the paper said.

Natural cooling effects included a declining solar cycle after 2002, meaning the sun’s output fell.

The study said that the halt in warming had fueled doubts about anthropogenic climate change, where scientists say manmade greenhouse gas emissions are heating the Earth.

“It has been unclear why global surface temperatures did not rise between 1998 and 2008,” said the study published in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences of the United States.

A peak in temperatures in 1998 coincided with a strong El Nino weather event, a natural shift which brings warm waters to the surface of the Pacific Ocean every few years.

Subsequent years have still included nine of the top 10 hottest years on record, while the U.N. World Meteorological Organization said 2010 was tied for the record.

A U.N. panel of climate scientists said in 2007 that it was 90 percent certain that humankind was causing global warming.

Sulphur aerosols may remain in the atmosphere for several years, meaning their cooling effect will gradually abate once smokestack industries clean up.

The study echoed a similar explanation for reduced warming between the 1940s and 1970s, blamed on sulphur emissions before Western economies cleaned up largely to combat acid rain.

“The post 1970 period of warming, which constitutes a significant portion of the increase in global surface temperature since the mid 20th century, is driven by efforts to reduce air pollution,” it said.

Sulphur emissions are linked to coal consumption which in China grew more than 100 percent in the decade to 2008, or nearly three times the rate of the previous 10 years, according to data from the energy firm BP.

Other climate scientists broadly supported Monday’s study, stressing that over longer time periods rising greenhouse gas emissions would over-ride cooling factors.

“Long term warming will continue unless emissions are reduced,” said Peter Stott, head of climate monitoring at Britain’s Met Office.
