CNN Poll: Majority says government a threat to citizens’ rights
Fifty-six percent of people questioned in a CNN/Opinion Research Corporation survey released Friday say they think the federal government’s become so large and powerful that it poses an immediate threat to the rights and freedoms of ordinary citizens. Forty-four percent of those polled disagree.
It’s about time a main-stream media outlet, especially one that leans so far to the left, has came forward and addressed what’s become a growing fear of American’s. I have been one of those that’s been preaching about this forever. I know beyond a shadow of doubts, we are heading for a major upheaval in America. Whether it’s by extreme and possibly violent measures or by battling with pen and ink, the American people are not going to stand idly by and allow our government to take over ever facet of our lives. It’s only a matter of time before the people of this great nation take the country back from the government and retrieve our inalienable rights, as given to us by our founding fathers and those in the original Tea Party. — Colonel Flagg
