Brief Backs Arizona Immigration Law

DETROIT (AP) – States have the authority to enforce immigration laws and protect their borders, Michigan Attorney General Mike Cox said Wednesday in a legal brief on behalf of nine states supporting Arizona’s immigration law.
Barrack Hussein Obama’s Credibility Crisis?
Did the fucker ever have any credibility? You must have something in order to have a crisis about it. He’s a goddamn community organizer, how much credibility should you place in a community organizer? He’s never had a real job in his life. He’s not an American Citizen. He’s a Muslim hiding in sheep’s clothing. He’s never been credible and never will be.
“The bottom line here is that Americans don’t believe in President Obama’s leadership,” says Rob Shapiro, another former Clinton official and a supporter of Mr Obama. – It’s about goddamn time the majority of Americans decide he’s not credible, something I’ve known since Day – 1 of his Presidential campaign.
“He has to find some way between now and November of demonstrating that he is a leader who can command confidence and, short of a 9/11 event or an Oklahoma City bombing, I can’t think of how he could do that.” – Oh, and I will bet money he will. Wag the Dog! Wag the Dog!
Tea Party Patriot’s 1st Brigade
While I have probably always been a Jeffersonian Democratic-Republican, in these times, adhering to the Constitution has become a little tough to achieve, considering the Left Wing Elitists are constantly shrinking the boundaries of that cherished document to the point of circumventing the Constitutionality of many aspects of life in these United States.
Once the Tea Party Movement became established and well documented in main stream media, I was proud to know that there are those among us that will stand up with me and voice their opinions toward these folks in power that are attempting to violate our rights, given to us by the founding fathers and trample on the foundations of our Greatest of Nations.
I have been a little busy in my personal life and haven’t been as active as I want to be in the Tea Party Movement. I have since rectified this situation to a certain degree and have enrolled myself into the Tea Party Patriot’s 1st Brigade with a monthly donation to the effort.
If you think along the same lines as the Tea Party Patriots, how about sending a little cash their way?

Martial Law by November?
Many of us are watching with increasing attention, the goings-on with President Barrack Hussein Obama. These maneuvers of he and his staff are increasingly aligned with historical events, in particular, similar to those of a young Austrian named Adolph Hitler.
Of course, many Obamabots would label me as being a kook for even thinking such a thing, but mark my word, if we don’t keep an eye on this George Soros Sock-Puppet, by November 2010 or at the latest, November 2012, you’ll see moves such as delaying elections or possibly Martial Law, labeled as being “for the good of the country” and “for continuation of government”, “in times of crisis, the continuity of government”, blah blah blah.
Be afraid. Be very afraid!

Addendum: As I wrote this blog entry, in walks an investigator from the FBI. No, that doesn’t happen often, it’s not common-place and I don’t work in a situation where I would find myself before an FBI investigator on a regular basis.
Finally, the main stream is waking up!
Is U.S. Now On Slippery Slope To Tyranny?
When Adolf Hitler was building up the Nazi movement in the 1920s, leading up to his taking power in the 1930s, he deliberately sought to activate people who did not normally pay much attention to politics.
Such people were a valuable addition to his political base, since they were particularly susceptible to Hitler’s rhetoric and had far less basis for questioning his assumptions or his conclusions.
Who’s afraid of climate change and the ocean’s rising?
Not the Goreacle:

The couple spent $8,875,000 on an ocean-view villa on 1.5 acres with a swimming pool, spa and fountains, a real estate source familiar with the deal confirms. The Italian-style house has six fireplaces, five bedrooms and nine bathrooms.
Addendum (6/30/10): I wonder how the new villa is going, now that the Goreacle is getting a D-I-V-O-R-C-E?
and another one gone….
Another one bites the dust…..

Democratic Rep. Eric Massa will resign from Congress on Monday, only days after reports first surfaced that the freshman New York lawmaker was under investigation by the House ethics committee for allegedly sexually harassing a male staffer.
CNN Poll: Majority says government a threat to citizens’ rights
Fifty-six percent of people questioned in a CNN/Opinion Research Corporation survey released Friday say they think the federal government’s become so large and powerful that it poses an immediate threat to the rights and freedoms of ordinary citizens. Forty-four percent of those polled disagree.
It’s about time a main-stream media outlet, especially one that leans so far to the left, has came forward and addressed what’s become a growing fear of American’s. I have been one of those that’s been preaching about this forever. I know beyond a shadow of doubts, we are heading for a major upheaval in America. Whether it’s by extreme and possibly violent measures or by battling with pen and ink, the American people are not going to stand idly by and allow our government to take over ever facet of our lives. It’s only a matter of time before the people of this great nation take the country back from the government and retrieve our inalienable rights, as given to us by our founding fathers and those in the original Tea Party. — Colonel Flagg
another one bites the dust….. Democratic Sen. Bayh won’t seek re-election
http://news.yahoo.com/s/nm/20100215/ts_nm/us_usa_politics_bayh
WASHINGTON (Reuters) – U.S. Senator Evan Bayh, a popular Democrat seen as having a good shot at a third term, said Monday he won’t run again because of the kind of bitter politicking that has put President Barack Obama’s whole agenda in jeopardy.
Bayh of Indiana said that “narrow ideology” was ruling lawmakers’ decisions, thwarting useful work at a time when a bipartisan approach was urgently needed, and sapping his desire to remain in Congress.
